Privacy Policy

This policy describes how everydayhomepros uses personal information on this website and its three window quote forms. It also covers our privacy and contact request form. External websites and independent service providers have their own policies.

Information we collect

We collect answers you enter: your ZIP code, project details, ownership or rental status, home value range, estimated credit score range, age range, military household status, name, street address, email, and phone number. A privacy or contact request includes your reply email, request type, and message. We also use session and receipt identifiers, submission and permission timestamps, delivery status, and technical information such as IP addresses in security controls and server logs.

Please do not provide account passwords, payment details, Social Security numbers, government identification documents, or medical information. The credit question asks for your estimate; the form does not obtain a credit report or submit a loan application.

Why we use information

We use your information to validate and save your request, resolve your ZIP code to a city and state, manage draft and completed records, respond to an inquiry when you grant contact permission, confirm delivery, prevent abuse, and handle privacy or accessibility requests. We collect information directly from you, through the operation of the forms, and from our ZIP lookup service.

Drafts and completed requests

Valid answers are saved automatically while you fill in the form, without requiring final submission. Draft answers are stored privately on the server and synced to the operator's Google Sheet with a Draft status. Submitting the form updates the same record to Completed and records your permission to respond. Drafts do not include permission to contact you. Synced inactive drafts are removed from the local server after 24 hours when cleanup runs; unsynced drafts stay queued until delivery. If delivery is interrupted, a private server copy is retained until delivery can be confirmed. After a completed request is delivered, its local contact-data copy is removed; receipt and delivery metadata are retained for up to 30 days. The operator manages retention and deletion of the Google Sheet records separately.

Services and browser storage

Google Sheets processes draft answers and completed requests for the operator. Zippopotam.us receives only the ZIP code to verify its city and state. Google Fonts may receive normal network information when fonts load. The server uses an essential session cookie to protect your request, and your browser tab may retain an opaque receipt identifier. The form does not save your contact details in localStorage or persistent browser cookies. Basic server logs and temporary IP-based limits support security.

Who receives information

The operator and its authorized staff can access records needed to handle inquiries. Hosting and storage services, including Google Sheets, process information to operate the site. The application does not automatically sell requests, send them to advertising partners, or disclose them to contractors. If a separate referral or provider relationship is proposed, we will explain the recipient and purpose before asking for any additional permission that is needed.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights, or respond to a valid legal request. External providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Contact permission

The checkbox permits everydayhomepros to respond by phone or email about your particular window quote request. It does not authorize unrelated marketing or automated promotional calls. Merely starting or abandoning a draft does not grant contact permission. You can ask us to stop further contact using the request form below.

Sale, sharing, and advertising choices

The current application does not use advertising pixels or sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. There are no advertising cookies to disable through this website. Essential session storage supports form security and is not an advertising preference. You can still submit a do-not-sell-or-share request for the operator to review, including any processing outside this application. A request receipt confirms that your message was received; it does not confirm that records have been deleted or an external service has changed its practices.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, or opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. These rights may be subject to verification and legal exceptions. We do not use the form to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Use our privacy request form to exercise a right, ask about an earlier request, or appeal a decision where applicable. An authorized agent can describe their authorization in the message; we may request confirmation through a private channel. We may need to verify identity before disclosing or changing records. We will explain a refusal or applicable exception in our response. We do not require a purchase to submit a privacy request.

Security and retention

Access controls, private server storage, session checks, and protected submission endpoints help safeguard information. No storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security. Google Sheet copies require separate access and retention management by the operator; removing a local copy does not remove a Sheet record. Ask us about deletion of both draft and completed records using the request form.

Children and international visitors

The quote forms are intended for adults aged 18 or older seeking services for US properties. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. Contact us if a child has provided information. Hosting and service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Clearing answers and policy updates

You can clear the visible form before sending it. This starts a fresh form; earlier saved answers remain subject to the retention and deletion policy above, including copies in Google Sheets. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but doing so may prevent protected forms from working. We will publish revisions here with an updated effective date and provide any additional notice or permission required for material changes.
