Terms of Use

These terms govern the everydayhomepros website and its three quote-request forms. Review our Privacy Policy to understand draft saving and how information is handled.

Purpose of this form

This service accepts window project inquiries from owners and renters. Sending an inquiry is not a purchase, financing application, contractor agreement, or guarantee of a quote, availability, pricing, eligibility, or project results.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information about a US property. Use the forms only for legitimate inquiries. You must have permission to provide another person's details or act on their behalf. Do not impersonate others or submit information without authority.

Permission to respond

Submit only your own contact information or information you are authorized to provide. The checkbox asks for permission to respond by phone or email about this specific request. No purchase is required. Any project contract or financing arrangement must be separately explained and agreed with the relevant provider.

Saving information and electronic submission

Valid answers are saved while you fill in a form, even if you do not submit it. Draft saving does not create contact permission or a service contract. Checking the contact checkbox and submitting the request records your agreement to these terms, the contact permission shown beside the checkbox, and the applicable consent version and timestamp. You may review these pages before submitting and use your browser to print them.

Project authorization

Renters may request information, but must obtain any necessary property-owner approval before authorizing work. Verify the provider's credentials, insurance, scope, pricing, and contract terms before proceeding.

Independent providers and information

Any contractor you engage is responsible for its own estimates, licensing, insurance, contracts, work, and warranties. Unless stated in a separate written agreement, everydayhomepros is not a party to your contract with a provider and does not guarantee a provider's performance. Educational content, prices, cost ranges, and savings estimates are general information, not a binding offer or professional or financial advice. Check current conditions and terms directly with the provider.

Acceptable use and site content

Do not interfere with security, submit abusive or unlawful content, access someone else's records, flood the forms, or use automated submissions to disrupt the service. Site materials may be used for personal reference; other uses require the permission of the relevant rights holder. Third-party names, images, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Links may lead to independently operated sites. We do not control their availability, content, privacy practices, or services. Review their policies before providing information or entering an agreement.

Delivery confirmation

A request is confirmed only after the service acknowledges delivery. If a retry is offered, use that button to retry the same request.

Availability and responsibility

The service may be interrupted, updated, or withdrawn. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free information, a particular response time, or any project outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or restricts any mandatory consumer protection.

Questions, disputes, and updates

Contact us through the request form below about a problem with the site or your request. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights. Applicable mandatory law continues to govern your rights. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and effective date; the permission recorded for an earlier request is not expanded by a later update.
